The Pilates F3 Folding Pilates Reformer takes folding reformers to a new level and provides one of the best folding reformer solutions on the market. Taking the best from its predecessor the F2, the F3 now features lighter weight aluminum runners and an innovative new carriage design that means the wheels never cross the join, so you cannot tell that this machine is a folding reformer in use! The new design brings a host of subtle refinements to bring the benefits of a studio Pilates workout to the comfort of your own home, without the need to have a space dedicated for your Pilates workout. 

Though designed for home use, the F3 reformer shares many of the key features of Align's commercial reformers, including the same music wire springs, ropes, and straps to give you a ride experience of par with leading commercial machines. The F3 offers fluid, progressive resistance, and a range of adjustments to personalize the machine for your workout. The aluminum runners and quality PU wheels ensure a smooth and quiet ride.

The F3 Pilates Reformer is a self-contained machine which can be easily wheeled around and stored safely out of the way when folded up, so it does not need to take up any space when not in use. Folds up in a matter of minutes into a compact and self-contained machine. Simply unfold in your living room or a clear area, get your workout in and fold back up and store out the way until the next time. The F3 can be used for jumping exercises with the addition of the F-Series Jump Board. We recommend that the F3 Reformer is opened and closed by two people. However, the F3 can be opened and closed by a single person with relative ease, as the lifting weight is similar to lifting a heavy suitcase.

Taking the best from its predecessor the F2, the F3 now features lighter weight aluminum runners and an innovative new carriage design that means the wheels never cross the join, so you cannot tell that this machine is a folding reformer in use! The new design increases travel from 37" to 38.2"

    Safe For My Body

    I have been using the Megaformer for a little over a year, and have never felt stronger or leaner. I used to run and do a boot camp class, but found that was very hard on my body. I was skeptical that a Megaformer could replace those things, but it has. In fact it's better than those things! Although I have been doing this for a while, it is still a very difficult work out, and it never gets boring

    I've been eagerly eyeing a home reformer for quite some time, and I'm genuinely excited to now have the F3 Align folding reformer in my possession. One of its standout features is its ability to fold in half, making it incredibly convenient to store in the corner of my bedroom. In my modest living space, a full-sized reformer simply wouldn't have fit, so this compact design is a game-changer.

    While the F3 Align is an excellent addition to my home workout routine, it's important to note that it doesn't quite match up to the comfort, sturdiness, and versatility of the studio-quality reformers I use with my trainer. Comparatively, it's like driving a lovely car such as a Honda or Toyota, whereas lying down on the Balanced Body Allegro at my trainer's studio feels more like stepping into a high-end Porsche.

    Setting up the F3 machine for use takes me approximately five minutes, and packing it away after my workout requires even less time. Admittedly, it took some practice to figure out a folding technique that felt safe for my back, especially considering I'm of smaller stature. Getting the machine fully vertical at the end of the process demands a certain level of strength, which can be a challenge for someone like me. Nevertheless, the satisfaction of owning this machine far outweighs these minor inconveniences.

    Overall, I'm absolutely thrilled to have the F3 Align folding reformer as part of my home fitness equipment. I'm glad Align has created a folding machine tailored for home use, which has allowed me to incorporate reformer workouts into my daily routine with ease.

    Best investment in myself

    Buying this reformer was the best investment Ive made in the last 2 years. Having a reformer at home has been amazing these past few weeks. It is exactly what I needed for teacher training. Its very easy to move from room to room, but it is a bit heavy. Also very easy to assemble. Delivery and service was fantastic as well

    The Align F3 is a really lovely machine. Very quiet and smooth motion; youd truly not know theres a fold. Which brings me to its advantage for small homes, being able to move it in or around your house as needed. It has a solid standing position when folded and would fit in a closet under a standard clothing rod.

    I was able to really engage my arms and shoulders using a single red or blue spring while in sort of a kneeling warrior position. It was awesome! There is no zero stretch area with these springs when nearing back to start with exercise.

    The jump board is incredibly comfortable and stable. Because of the way its padded I didnt even miss that it wasnt a tramp. The jumping workout was just like butter and the floating sensation on a single spring, totally achievable.
